Somewhere I've read that the entry form attached to the back of each print entered for competition should be color coded per the photographer's class (beginner, intermediate, etc).  Please advise.  Thanks.

Yes they need to be color coded.  There are highlighters on the table at the meeting to do this.  I don't remember the colors off the top of my head.  I think it's in the member handbook though,
