The Nevada Camera Club Merit Award System provides recognition to members for their service to the club, participation in club activities, involvement in photographic education and participation in photographic competitions and exhibitions. Merit points are reported and accumulated for all active members and are a part of the club's permanent record even if a member's status becomes inactive. The Nevada Camera Club Merit Awards System pamphlet and Merit Points Reporting Form may be accessed for viewing or printing from the NCC Club Publications page.
Photographer Of The Year (POY) is awarded annually to the NCC member who earns the most points in NCC monthly competitions and competitions approved by NCC.
